The submitted data is immediately transferred to the system via the interface to 1Tool and a new contact is created in your applicant database. Both the form and job advertisements can be customized and adapted to your corporate design. By selecting your own form fields, you ensure that specific information is collected and only register the CV data that is actually relevant to your application process.

This allows you to define for each job whether it should also be shared on social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. Of course, an applicant can register for several jobs on your website. With the help of so-called duplicate recognition, the applicant software immediately identifies one and the same candidate and only creates them once in the database.
