Filter, assign, describe with formatting – even offline, syncing as soon as you are back online.
Calendar
Day, week, month, year; create appointments by click or drag, with recurring events, invitations and reminders.
Real-time chat
Mentions, reactions, attachments, replies and online status.
Your mailboxes from 1Tool or your own, with offline storage.
Files
Folder tree, drag-and-drop upload and moving – including entire folders.
Shared notes
Several people edit at once and see each other typing; export as PDF.
Edit documents
Open and edit Office documents right in the app.
CRM and ERP
Contacts, orders with “Create invoice”, invoices, products and projects.

The Office App works directly with 1Tool: the same data, the same permissions. A module an employee has no permission for does not appear in the app at all.
