Booked per technician. Temporary staff and apprentices can share one account as long as they do not work at the same time.

For administration and accounting, who invoice and handle the paperwork.

Questions about pricing

Do we need all three packages?

No. The master licence is the basis, everything else is added when you need it. A one-person business starts with the master licence alone, because the app is already included there.

What happens to our existing customer data?

We migrate customers, sites and open jobs from your previous solution or from Excel. We do that together with you during setup.

Does the app work without reception?

Hours and checklists are captured locally and transferred as soon as there is a connection again. Work continues in the basement or on a shell construction site.

Can we start with just one technician?

Yes. Start with the master licence and one technician account. Further technicians are added — or removed — month by month.

How long does setup take?

Usually two weeks: migrate master data, bring quote and invoice templates into your layout, create checklists, train the technicians.
