The technician signs in with their account or by SMS code and sees today’s shifts, projects and tickets. They start the clock with a tap, an NFC tag or a QR code on site, tick off the checklist, photograph the installation, fill in the inspection report as a PDF right in the app and let the customer sign on the display. The office sees all of it the same second.
And when there is no reception in the basement or on a shell construction site, the work continues: Field stores hours, tasks, quotes and signatures locally and transfers them as soon as there is a connection again. A counter always shows how many changes are still open.

Can my technicians work on site without internet?
The 1Tool App shows the assigned jobs including customer data and documents. As soon as there is a connection again, hours, material, photos and reports sync with the office automatically.
Will our existing customer data be migrated?
Yes. We migrate customers, installations and open jobs from your previous programs together with you — it is part of the setup.
Can I keep inspection reports and installation records in 1Tool?
Yes. Reports, measurements, photos and checklists belong to the job and to the installation — exactly where you need them at the next periodic inspection (E-Befund and Anlagenbuch under ÖVE E 8001 / E 8101 in Austria, E-Check in Germany). The office sees the report the moment the technician finishes it.
Does 1Tool remind me of periodic inspections?
Yes. Inspection intervals belong to the installation and create calendar entries — so the installation reminds you instead of someone keeping the list in their head. One click turns the appointment into the next job.
