Before calendar synchronization can be set up, it is necessary to set up the calendar categories to be synchronized with 1Tool to select. This setting can be Organization / Calendar / Categories be made. Step 4: Please follow the steps below:

1. Enter a profile name
2. Choose an empty calendar folder or create a new one.
3. Enter the DAV URL "c.1tool.com" a.
4. Please enter your login details of your 1Tool account; email = username.
5. Click on "Test or discover settings" to continue with the setup.

Step 5: Now all calendar categories from 1Toolenabled for synchronization are displayed. You can only select ONE calendar category per profile. Confirm your selection by clicking OK. Step 6: If the setup was successful, the following message appears: Step 7: The DAV URL will now be completed after your selection: Step 8: To complete the setup, Outlook should be restarted once. Depending on the settings, the plugin will now automatically synchronize the desired calendar category. Alternatively, you can also trigger the synchronization manually.
