We support you with the complete implementation of our CRM software 1Tool in your company.
We implement the CRM project for you and respond to your requirements. For larger CRM projects we use 1Tool as a basis and adapt the software to your needs. Of course, we also take on the project controlling and quality control in the project. When implementing the CRM project, we also connect existing systems and take care of the data transfer and integration. After project completion we install either 1Tool at your location or on one of our web servers.
CRM rollout
Thanks to our know-how in the CRM area, we can offer you comprehensive training concepts and respond to your requirements as part of individual training courses. We have an external project manager available for the CRM rollout.
CRM support and CRM operation
After the successful CRM rollout, our support ensures the operational security of your system, provides updates and maintains the server. In addition, we can take care of your end users and expand the solution as required. We take care of hosting, maintenance and care and keep the CRM solution up to date with updates and patches.
