As of now there is 1Tool in version 2.01. In addition to some bug fixes, there are of course also a lot of new functions and extensions. There are many innovations, especially in the area of project management and contact management.
New Features:
- Sending of time-controlled SMS with consideration of new contacts
- Zip code and city are displayed in the result of the contact search
- Contact persons can be filtered when searching for contacts
- "New task" button is displayed at the top of the project detail view
- Checking permissions when editing the contact
- Number of contents is displayed in the tab boxes (contact detail view)
- Filtering distribution lists when searching for contacts
- Duplicates are shown during import. These are contacts that already exist in the database and are present at least twice in the import file
- When creating opportunities and invoices from the contact detail view, the contact details are adopted
- When creating/editing the contact, the e-mail address is already checked for duplicates in the database
- Additional field Info in the product contact assignment
- The validity of the newsletter activation link has been extended to 48 hours
- Larger selection box for the project manager in the project list filter
Bug fixes:
- Upload time format when uploading files is displayed correctly
- Fixed download problem with IE6-IE8
- Security check to prevent double sending of newsletters
