1Tool distinguishes several types of tasks

  • Project Tasks: these are all tasks that are created within a project (e.g. create a design, carry out programming, ...)
  • Opportunity Tasks: this means all tasks that can be added to offers and sales opportunities (e.g. create offer, prepare presentation)
  • contact duties: these tasks are added to contacts (e.g. call back customer Maier, update content)
  • personal-duties: every employee has the opportunity to create their own tasks that you really only see for yourself (e.g. praise the boss, enjoy flowers, ...)
