Working hours at a glance
The web-based time tracking module is easy to use and very flexible. Times can be posted to projects or customers or contacts. Each employee always has an overview of the hours worked.
The big advantage of our time recording module is the integration into the complete 1Tool CRM solution. The time recording module provides you with important information and is therefore an indispensable basis for calculation and controlling. The recording and evaluation of the times is completely web-based.

- Automatic recording of employee start and end times
- Allocation of times to projects and customers
- Recording of absences such as vacation, illness, doctor's visits
- Booking log for each employee
- Hourly log (evaluation according to employees/projects) is sent daily by e-mail (to controlling/management, etc.)
