One of the biggest problems in merchandise management is the availability of current and necessary data. If a product is invoiced, the quantities of the product sold, unit and total prices, as well as product descriptions are usually listed on the invoice. It would be quite time-consuming if this information had to be typed in manually every time. Even more so if data such as price or customer address were to change!

But with that 1Tool CRM software, information is generated fully automatically. Regardless of whether you buy or sell, you type in the name of the customer/supplier and the goods concerned and mark the responsible storage location. All other details, such as address data, prices or stock reductions or increases are then automatically generated.

A special advantage of 1Tool Inventory management is above all the "alarm". Falling below the minimum stock or at shortages. This means that a note appears directly when the invoice is created as soon as you invoice a quantity from a specific warehouse that is either no longer available or falls below the safety stock. If goods are returned by customers who have already paid for them, a credit note must be created. This also takes place in 1Tool automatically. You generate an order, enter customer and product, all other information is provided by the others 1Tool modules related. As soon as you create the credit memo, the inventory of the respective warehouse is then increased by the affected quantity.
