Email integration

E-mail integration is an interface between e-mail programs such as Microsoft Outlook and 1Tool.

Link to email account

The contacts can be linked to an e-mail account, and e-mails can also be queried. Attachments can be saved and added to a contact's documents. E-mails from assigned contacts can also be displayed directly in the projects.

 

What is possible with the email integration?

  •     Create global email accounts
  •     Edit global email accounts
  •     Check global email accounts
  •     Link contacts to an email account
  •     Link projects to an email account
  •     query emails
  •     save attachments
  •     Add attachments to a contact's documents

 

What is not possible with the email integration?

Email integration is not a replacement for full email programs such as Microsoft Outlook or Mozilla Thunderbird. The following things are therefore not possible:

  •     Respond to emails
  •     to forward emails
  •     Set multiple folders for one contact
  •     Set more than one account for a contact at a time
  •     to archive emails
  •     to delete emails
  •     move emails
  •     Opening more than one email at a time
