How much training effort is required for the reservation module?

You don't need to be a computer expert to use the Reservations module. The system is clearly structured so that you can find what you are looking for quickly and easily. We assume that you have mastered the reservation system after 20 minutes of telephone training.

Infrastructure

Which EDP system is required for the reservation module?

You only need ordinary internet access to be able to work with the reservation module. It is not necessary to install your own software. If you have Internet access via your mobile phone, you can also use the reservation system on the go. Only a standard browser is required for use. The reservation system is tested on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Various tests are carried out with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera, among others.

Privacy

What about data security?

Your data is safe with us. We make regular backups, store on different servers and protect our systems with firewalls and special access controls. The reservation module runs as a cloud solution in a secure data center in Europe. This means that you do not need your own server infrastructure and that data security, availability and data backup are taken care of. This saves you a lot of time and money.

Yes, the reservation module can be easily integrated into any website.
